Blue-Laced Red Wyandottes

With their sturdy build, fluffy feathering and compact rose combs, Wyandottes are the perfect breed for Canadian winters.
They are our longstanding favorites and we strive to breed to the APA standard.

We love the Blue-laced Red color variety, because it's really three colours in one!
Blue: the show standard, with a clean, deep slate blue limning deep mahogany on the feathers.
Black: glossy black edges to the mahogany feathers.
Splash: white edges to red feathers (the red is often lighter)

These roosters are not unduly aggressive and can share space with one another. They are respectful of humans as well, and generally a pleasure to have around.

Wyandottes are dual purpose birds, producing a goodly number of tan-coloured eggs and with excess cockerels suited to the table.
We'd love to hear from you!
