NIGERIAN HERD FOR SALE!

Meadow Rose
For the past four years, we have been building a productive herd of Nigerians, selecting for type and production. We've assembled, milk tested, classified, culled, bred, tested, classified, culled some more, and finally have a very solid, cohesive herd that we are proud of.

It breaks my heart to sell them, but it's either reduce my goats in half or die of overwork. I used to be able to milk 24 with ease, and now struggle to find the time and health resources to manage 10.

The Nigerians are small and require me to bend over too far (especially the teensy, adorable kids), so I'm sticking to the Obis, LaManchas and Guernseys, although I will be reducing those numbers as well if anyone is looking for solid standard size goats.
~Linda

Whole herd: 14 purebred, registered Nigerian Dwarfs, $6,500 firm. That's an average of $464 each for some pretty stunning animals and promising young stock.
(I'll do my best to assemble some pictures to go with over the coming weeks, but it's best to come out and see these animals in person if you can.)
