As powerful as her dam, and with a strong udder to match, Rosemary is a solid contender for our hearts here. This is the sort of milk production we are striving for. From the Cedar Green herd: "Rosemary produced 1.5L in one 12 hour hold feeding triplets at 6 weeks fresh in her first freshening. She’s a dream to milk. She’s also very correct in her conformation with a lovely deep chest, level top line, and good brisket. She has strong rear and front attachments, and a wide escutcheon. Rosemary is a sturdy little goat with a good width between the thurls and a wide escutcheon. Rosemary’s sire is Potting Shed King Crab and this is be his first daughter to freshen for me." |
